With
a desire to cater the customer requirement in fully machined & ready to fit on
assembly line, we have upgraded machining facilities equipped with modern CNCs,
SPMs, Dynamic Balancing Machines. Mantri Metallics specializes in Flywheel with
starter ring gear fitting and balancing, Exhaust Manifolds and Brake Drums. Now
we have taken up Flywheel housings and Bearing caps also in machined condition.
Machine Shop Factory area is about 1500 Sq mtr. Besides in house machining
facility, Mantri Metallics is having a team of 25 Machining Vendors with 100%
dedicated capacity. Total Conventional machine are 80 Lathe machines . 4 Nos of
Turning centre and 3 Machining centers with such vendors, are also 100% dedicated
for us.
